How Do I Get Started?

In order to participate in all the savings offered by Half Price Deals, you’ll need to make sure you have registered an account on the site. Click on the Sign Up button on the top right of the website and fill out the form, insuring that all required fields are filled out. Your account should now be created!

I wasn't able to print my voucher. What do I do?

If you have a registered account and have verified your email address, any purchase you’ve made should prompt the site to send your purchase receipt/summary to the email address associated with your account. All of your purchase & account details are also available directly on this website and you can login to your account to retrieve your certificates. Enter your email/password on the login page: https://www.halfpricelethbridge.com/login.

Once you’ve successfully logged in, you will have options to manage your account in the top right hand side of the page. More Specifically, if you’re hoping to view, print, or save a voucher that you’ve purchased, navigate to Account -> My Purchases to view a complete list of purchases associated with your account.

From this list, find the purchase or voucher you are looking for and click the View Item Details button.

Once you’ve clicked the View Item Details button, you will see a different list, offering access to each individual voucher.

Note: If you purchased multiple copies of the same voucher, they can appear with the same Order # but each voucher will have its own unique voucher code.

What do I do if I've forgotten my Password?

You can recover your password by selecting the “Forgot Your Password?” option on the login page. You will be prompted to enter your username or the e-mail address you used when signing up. You will then receive an email with further instruction on how to get back into your account.

My Card is being declined, what do I do?

We have had issues with accepting Virtual Visa Debit cards on our site so please have a valid Visa or Mastercard ready at the time of your purchase. Another common issue with cards is with AVS Mismatches. (Address Verification System). If you've moved recently, be sure to enter the correct address associated with your card.
